DenoSys provides it’s HCM software as a service to a number of customers across several industries. The company was planning to enter the Long-Term Care vertical market and needed a product strategy.

· Research the US Long Term Care market and identified an opportunity based on recent changes to government regulations.

· Create a Market Requirements Document (MRD) based on this research.

· Create a Product Requirements Document (PRD) to build on the strengths of the current DenoSys product and capitalize on the market opportunity.

· Wrote a Business Plan in conjunction with senior management.

· Presented the company to possible angel investors.

· Investigated various government programs as possible sources of capital

· Joined the DenoSys Advisory Board
